WHEN YOU'RE THE KING, THE KING THEY WANNA SEE
Basically Byron is the traditional troubled teen-rocker that grew up. He’s dark and mysterious on the outside but a big marshmallow inside. He is naturally quiet and an intuitive observer who will pick up on more than most and, in return, is quite sensitive- hence his lean towards music and art.
Byron likes to engage his students and introduce them to positive learning experiences where they can enjoy themselves. A little unconventional at times, Byron comes across as approachable and understanding to students.
Creative and sensitive with a tough side, he would be a great catch and a good mentor for troubled kids.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -In regards to colleagues- Byron generally gets on with most people. Beware: he cannot stand aggressive or manipulative people and will let you know when you've crossed too many of his lines. Not exactly passive agressive, Byron can be protective and stubborn-headed and does not shy away from physical altercations. If you need a fight broken up, he is the guy for the job as he keeps a tight leash on his emotions and can play an impartial role in dishing out consequences.
Friendships are difficult for Byron simply because he looks for something special. He is kind to everyone but it takes a lot to get under his skin and past his quiet, polite barriers.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Byron's quiet, solid personality and his willingness to say exactly what he thinks if he is asked have made some enemies in the past and will do so again. He is unbending when it comes to certain things- like honor and respect and that also causes friction. Despite his bad-boy appearance, Byron sticks to the straight-and-narrow and that can often rub people the wrong way.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Socially, again, Byron is quiet but his broody nature attracts women aplenty. Unfortunately, Byron lacks the usual drive of attractive men to shallow women and would prefer a good talk over a quick hook-up. That is not to say he won't take advantage of an easy cituation but Byron has his own code of respectability and honour and would not disrespect a woman for the world.
Byron loves deeply and shows it in the little things, small gestures. He is not prone to public displays of affection and will not allow his personal life interfere with his professional life. That is not to say he would not have a relationship with a colleague- however if it were to compromise his ability to work effectively with students- he would bail.
Not exactly a player, Byron just has not found the right girl to settle down with. Although he is not looking, specifically, he would not mind an easy relationship filled with fun.
