one hundred forty years have passed since ellison academy opened its doors to
the sons of america's richest families. from heirs to the biggest companies to
the beneficiaries of the largest family fortunes in the country, these boys
entered as children, and graduated as educated, chivalrous young men. it is
evident that a lot has changed in chapel hill over the last century and a bit,
mainly the sight of young ladies mingling with the guys, and the longing
faces of some of the old h. g. weller public school students as they see their
more affluent peers at their old element at the ritzy private school. a new
decade begins, as an old fades away. what chapel hill has in store for these
kids is unknown. all we know is these kids will always be a little bit rebel.
