Welcome to Whispering Pines Farm! My name is Clarissa Randall, owner of this acclaimed riding school for the young and old alike! Here at Whispering Pines, we have no bias. We teach students of all ages, disciplines, and levels. Of course, we are by no means perfect and cannot cater to every equestrian event out there, but we all have to start somewhere. We offer over 20 different riding disciplines for students to enjoy, but what many students sign up for is not always what they stick with. Students are always welcome to explore their options. We have ten lesson horses that students who do not have their own horse are welcome to use.
Our facilities are state-of-the-art that offer the up-most comfort and securities for your horse. We offer boarding for students, instructors, and staff as well as you! Our facilities and lessons are open to all of our boarders. Stalls are mucked every day by our friendly and capable staff. Meals are given twice a day and we have daily turnout when the weather is nice. We have a veterinarian on call and a farrier who comes around an average of once a week. Notices are always posted on the bulletin board. There are six riding arenas, two indoor and four outdoor, that are always open for use when lessons are not going on. The dressage arena is standard competition size to practice exact movements. We offer a 3 mile cross country course with 26 preliminary level obstacles and 10 miles of scenic trails.
Here at Whispering Pines Farm, we cater to you, the rider and your horse. Whatever your dream, whether it be to make it to the Olympics or simply become a better horseman, we will be there every step of the way to help you accomplish it. Rolex Kentucky champion, Katie Garrity, got her start here at Whispering Pines at fifteen years old and is now one of the top riders on the east cost. So please, if you are looking to make it to the top or simply love horses, stop by for a visit and private tour. We would love to have you!
